Hello All,
Can someone tell me why does RT tell me “Permission denied” when i try
to change my email address in Preferences. Are there any specific rights
associated with Preferences?
Regards,
Ritu

You should set the configuration → Global permissions for this → User
Rights to have at least:
ModifyACL
ModifySelf
ShowACL
AdminOwnPersonalGroups
This seems satifactory for most users.

- ‘ModifySelf’ right.
- Some fields could be modified only with right ‘AdminUsers’(Name,
Comments…)
