Hi,
I’m using RT 2.0 and would like to change the email name associated with the ‘general’ queue to something like ‘Customer Support System’ instead of ‘general’. If I try to change the name of the queue, then mailing to the RT email address breaks with ‘queue general not found’.
Thanks very much.

Did you update your alias (if you’re using sendmail for example) file also?
