Change Default Sort of "Top Ten Tickets"

Hello,

The order of the ticket history can be changed with
$OldestTransactionsFirst, is there a configuration setting that will
invert the top tickets display on the homepage or is this a code
change?

Under Preferences->RT at a glance are the settings for the widgets which show ticket lists. You can edit the display and sort order for each one under this view.
