When a user creates a ticket and in that ticket cc’s an internal mail list
but doesn’t include the @qualcomm.com after it the cc is never sent. Where
does RT handle this? I need to make RT to assume @qualcomm.com like the
rest of our mail servers do.
Any help appreciated.

I found the issue there is no script for CC’s to be notified upon creation
of a ticket.
