CC field in invesitgations ignored

It seems the Cc field when launching an investigation is ignored. Does
anyone know of a fix for this?

I’m using RT 3.0.12 and RTIR 1.0.5

Hiya Arnold,

The problem is when you are launching an investigation the scrip in
charge to send the mail is not taking care of the Ccs :-(((. If you
insert the below sentence in your DB, you will have the action
“Notify Requestor, Ccs and other recipents”, so if you change the
action of the “NotifyLaunch” scrip, you will be able to send mails to
Ccs.

INSERT INTO ScripActions(Name, Description, ExecModule, Argument,
Creator, Created, LastUpdatedBy, LastUpdated) VALUES(‘Notify
Requestors, Ccs and other recipients’, ‘Sends mail to requestors, ccs
and explicitly listed Ccs and Bccs’, ‘Notify’,
‘Requestor,Cc,OtherRecipients’, 1, NOW(), 1, NOW());
