Capture location on the email address

Hi,

I have a Custom RT Field “User Location” and I want RT to capture the email address of the sender and paste it on the RT field.

Example: From - juan.pablo@mycompany.com
email display name - Juan Pablo (Chile)

Can RT capture CHILE and put it on the “User Location” Custom Field?

Condition: On Create
Action: User Defined

What would be the “Custom action preparation code”

Can you share an example email with the headers? Once we know “where” in the email the display name is it should be simple!
