Cap letters appearing as html links - rt3.0.5

I’m noticing that any capital words (IP, ICMP) in tickets are appear as
clickable-links. By design?

That sounds like you’ve installed RTIR and it’s hilighting NIC-handles

So I’ve failed to find where RTIR’s Transaction related callbacks are or how
to remove RTIR.

Is is simply removing /opt/rt3/local/html/Callbacks/RTIR amd html/RTIR,
