Can't unmark an bookmarked ticket

Hello everybody

if i create a ticket and bokkmark it, i can’t unmark this one

why?

is it deliberately from the main bookmark concept on RT?

or is sth wrong with our RT-System ?

Some further infos:

if i try to unmark a ticket in the gui there is no error or sth else … the
only issue is that you cant unmark a ticket if you click at the bookmark
star

could someone help me?
