and give that user, or all users permission to see the queue, or all queues.
in the user tab configuration I found a line that say something like:
“give the user any kind of rights”, so if I check this line the user can
see the button “create a ticket” but in the menu combo box there is not
any kind of queue. If I enter as root I can see the “general” queue.

[Fri Feb 24 18:25:56 2006] [error]: WebRT: Impossibile caricare la coda.
The translation of that error is:
“not possible load the queue”
