Cannot input 0 in custom fields

In RT 3.4.1, you cannot enter “0” in a custom field. Is there a work
around for this?

Can you test in 3.4.5 or 3.6.1?

Unfortunately I do not have access to either of these versions. When
you input a “0” the history says that it was added, and then deleted.
Is there some rule somewhere that I’m missing?
