Can we have multiple CC lists with email address listing

The entry box is too small, I can not see the rest of the email address when
I enter the address. Can we have multiple or longer entry boxes, so I can
enter more cc lists?

Can we have the email listing, so that I do not have to go back to my email
address book to look for the person email?
