Hideee all,
I am new to RT3, but have it up and running pretty well here. I was
looking through the list archives and say a post for an update to the
Statistics stuff in RT2. But could not get the attachment for it.
Would someone please send me a copy of Statistics3.tgz
Thanks.

Thanks alot!
I will be on vacation next week - I plan on writing a bit of
documentation then, because right now the package only contains the
files, which might be a bit hard for newcomers.

To run the stats on RH7.2 with rt 3.0.4, I had to upgrade gd to 2.0.15
(Visit Short Term Loans | Boutell.co.uk | Borrow £50 - £2500 Instantly to get the tar & see the documentation if needed.
I now get lots of cool graphs!!!
Harold : Thanks a lot for this great add-on.

The latest GD::Graph package available via CPAN requires gd 2.x indeed.
If You cannot upgrade from version 1.8.x, which is part of most
distributions, You need to get hold of older version of GD::Graph and
all it’s dependencies.
Like I already mentioned, I need to write some documentation soon.

I have GD::Graph and GD2 installed, but I don’t get any graphs. I just
get a broken image. I don’t get any messages in the apache error log.
Is there any debugging that can be turned on?
Thanks,
Jake

I just check my log files and noticed that this problem below was
killing httpd:
Aug 11 13:49:32 pogo02 /kernel: pid 21227 (httpd), uid 80: exited on
signal 10
Aug 11 13:49:33 pogo02 /kernel: pid 51865 (httpd), uid 80: exited on
signal 10
Aug 11 13:49:33 pogo02 /kernel: pid 51863 (httpd), uid 80: exited on
signal 11
Any clues?
