Can not upgrade from RTIR 5.0.2 to 5.0.3

I hope you are doing well.

I tried to upgrade to rtir 5.0.3 but the script does not recognize the version. The ouput says it will update to RTIR 5.0.2.

Commands used:

perl Makefile.PL

make install

make upgrade-database
