Can I "give" someone a saved search?

Is there a way in RT (3.8) to develop a saved search/report and then
hand it over to a user? I don’t want them all to end up in the global
list of saved searches, really…

Is it just a case of mailing them the contents of the Advanced search
tab, or is there a more elegant way?

Thanks in advance,

Howie

Howard,

Save the Search as a “group search” that the person is a member of. It
will be available automatically for any member in that group. You can also
make yourself a member of a group he is in and save it as a group search for
that group.Either way, they can now see and use the search.
