We need to authorize our ‘normal’ (non-privileged) users to create tickets
specifying queue, keywords and due date. They should nevertheless not
authorized to modify the tickets.
It has been pretty easy to modify the SelfService interface to include
the necessary elements, but it appears that keyword and dates are ignored
(without complains nor notification).
Is it possible to improve this situation?
