Hi,
I would like to call (inside my scrip) a external webservice (synchronization-trigger to our Kanban tool).
This call should be done
- one time only,
- after all RT transactions/scrips are done (so, the ticket is “stable” and will not change anymore)
I don’t know how to write my scrip “Custom condition”, “stage” (normal/batch). How could this condition looks like?
