Bulk Update Button/Menu missing

Hi All,

We have several users that have been created in our RT instance in the last while, that even when they are privileged, and have staff rights in a queue, are not able to access the bulk update menu. Is there something unique that needs to be applied to get that to show for the users? I did some searching, but nothing that I have found has shed any light on it.

Do they have the Show search “Bulk Update” menuShowSearchBulkUpdate right?

No, the button is not showing for them either in the menu. For other users the button and use works fine.

The users need that right in order to see that option

Where is that option defined, as I don’t see it under group or user rights options.
