Hi,

we updated our RT && RT::IR instance to the latest versions and we have
noticed that Bulk Edit is no longer available. Is something wrong with
our installation or this operation have been removed from the basecode ?

What were your old and new versions? I’m not aware of the phrase
“Bulk Edit” being in RT/RTIR. There is a Bulk Update in core RT, as
well as several Bulk Reject/Bulk Reply in RTIR. You might want to
describe where the feature was in your old version in case it’s just
been renamed/moved.

It’s the feature with which you can:

  1. make a custom search that generate a list of tickets
  2. bilk modify fields for those tickets (like owner, status, add
    comments, etc)

That sounds like Bulk Update, which still exists in RT, but was never
available from the RTIR searches, but only from the Tickets search

That’s the feature I’m talking about. The problem is that in the latest
RT && RT::IR version I can’t seem to find the ‘RT’ to click on.

I can’t actually provide better directions about where the links would
be, but they’re there.
