Bug in Ticket/Update.html Add More Files

Hello,

if you click in the ticket history to reply to a transaction (not the
global Reply Action!), Update.html is called and the MessageBox is
prefilled with aquoting.

if in the upcomin form you add an attachment and then hit "Add more file"
the quoting again is added into the message box, so you doubled it. This
happens every time you add a new attachment.

That’s already been fixed interally for 3.0.4
