Bug in RT-Send-Cc?

Hi!

When I use the “CC” field in a reply/comment, the one that says below:

“Sends a carbon-copy of this update to a comma-delimited list of email
addresses. Does not change who will receive future updates.”

The mail is generated with a “RT-Send-CC:” header, witch sendmail
obviously will not process. Is this a bug? It would be nice if this
feature worked
