Hi ;
The system 3.6.1, apach2,mod_perl 2
I upgraded my production instance from 3.4.4 to rt.3.6.1 over the
weekend and It seems (in my RT instance anyway) that the Blacklist
function stopped working??
Must admit thats something I did not test during development??
Anyone else use it and did not work for them but found a fix ??
Roy

Hello Roy,
The Blacklist is a feature I’m unaware of - can you briefly explain what it
is & how you use(d) it?
Thanks,
Steve

I second that. I’ve never heard of this feature or seen any
configuration options pointing to such.

Sorry its me going mad … being using RT for so long starting to loose
the plot which was local customisation and which is RT
I was referring to @blacklist in SendEmail.pm , we expanded that into an
RT_SiteConfig variable …
Again sorry for wasting your time.

No worries. Perhaps you could elaborate on what you’ve done so perhaps
the rest of us might use it if it is useful to us.

Yes, that was going to be my next question! We are interested in
implementing some kind of blacklist functionality, so it would be
interesting to see just how it works.
Thanks,
Steve
Thanks. That could come in handy.
