I am aware of the CommandByMail extenstion and have been able to make it work as advertised…
But, is there a way to auto-resolve a ticket by simply sending an email to a specific address similar to the way that you can create and comment on a ticket by sending to a specific e-mail. Basically, sending email to -email@example.com with a line in the /etc/aliases file that would look like:
-resolve: “|/etc/smrsh/rt-mailgate --queue --action resolve --url https://rt.blah”
Is this possible?
