Hi All
I would like to display the attached box, which lists ticket attachments for
the requestor (non staff-user).Is this possible?
Now the attachment box is working for staff but not for non staff-user.
Also the customized fields are available for staff only. How to give access
to these available fields on the non staff-user during the addition of a
ticket.
