Attachment not sending on create ticket with RT 5.0.2 installation

We’re running an RT 5.0.2 on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and when we do a create ticket and write up the ticket on this initial create action and attach a file, any type of file, when we click “Create”, the ticket is created with no problems, and the file is attached to the ticket, but the attachment isn’t included in initial email out to the end user.

My thought is that it’s something with our create ticket scrips isn’t correct, but I haven’t found anything to adjust this.

Any suggestions?

My team member and I figured this out, we just needed to add the RT-Attach-Message: Yes at the top of the HTML Response Template used by the Requestor on Create scrip.

We’re all set and working properly.
