Attaching a file using the auto reply template


I have been searching for a while now and I can’t seem to find anything on
how to use templates to send a file as an attachment on create of a ticket.

The things I have seen seem to all refer to attachments that are already
contained in the ticket.

Is there a $Email->Attachment = /home/hello.tar.gz or something similar?
