Hi,

anybody know how to retrieve all the attachments from the current transaction ?
In fact I’m searching for MIMEObj … but didn/t manage to found one …

Is there is one in TicketObj or TransactionObj with a different name ?

My goal is to create a new ticket with this MIMEObj so all attached parts won’t
be loose.

Did you try put magic ‘RT-Attach-Message: Yes’ into first line of
template? Don’t forget about empty line after headers in template.
