Assing company cf based on sender email

Hi,

I have a cf whitch is bassicaly a list of companies and I want set the company cf for tickets automatically based on sender email address (exact match) so that our rt usert dont need to do this manually. Can this be done in RT / is there any plugin that allready does this?

You write a custom scrip for the “On Create” condition with a Perl template that takes the requestor email, does your pattern match and then sets the CF appropriately.
