is there a way to assign an incoming ticket to an existing user based on
subject or body ? Not based on the sender E-mail Address.
We have a monitoring tools that send emails in case of services or hosts
down, and we want to send the mails to RT instaed of the user so anyone on
our staff can see if somebody else is allready working on the issue. It is
very hard the change the sender e-mail address of the monitoring tool.
I�ve seen the enhanced-mailgate, would that do the trick ?
If yes, how can I install it ?
(Could be simple I know, but I�m hanging on it right now)
