Hello everyone, i have a working RT 4.2.7 with the latest Asset extension. My
question is regarding the UI. So far the user with the SelfInterface can
search the Assets menu and find his own asset and then create a linked
ticket to it.
My question is, is there a way to add the user’s assets in the new ticket
creation option so a user can simply check which asset is related to his
issue? Seems to me like a more intuitive approach
