Areas in a queue

Hello!
I read several references to RT’s capability of creating areas in a
queue and I htink it would be very usefull, for me. But I can’t figure
how to do it:-(
Is it still possible in the most recent RT’s version?
If yes, could you explain me how can I do it?

You would do this by defining keywords first and then keyword selects for
the relevant queue.
