Approvals - Queue change

Current process:
Ticket is entered in Help Desk queue. Ticket is manually assigned to Approvals queue.
Ticket is approved. Ticket must be moved back to Help Desk queue.

Where should I start to look if I want to automate the queue change back to the Help Desk queue after the request has been acted upon?
