The errors I posted before were due to an unwanted linebreak on line 126
of/opt/rt3/lib/RT/CustomFields_Overlay.pm:
#unless we really want to find disabled rows, make sure we\'re only
finding
enabled ones.
After joining the two lines RT appears to be working perfectly. The
’Approval’ section certainly has my attention - what’s the status of the
mail gateway?
