Apache user reponder to emails

Has anyone else had the problem where replies from the RT system have
the user apache as the responder?

Thanks,
Kevin

yes I have. Try sendmailpipe instead of sendmail, I think it’s
something to do with the perl library when you use sendmail (the RT
config).

Have you read the FAQ? The RT FAQ Manager lives at http://fsck.com/rtfm

Do you mean the From header, or the Sender header? Either way, check
the faq and the mailing list archives. This is a frequent question.
