Unfortunately we use RT 1, where this setting is not available.
Is there a way to manipulate the sql or the scripts?
The checkbox is to activate the “Date Due”.
Kind regards, Steffen.

Well, the “Date Due” is configurable within the queue settings.

Requests should be due in
I’m not certain to what checkbox you refer. Are you using RT2 or RT1? The
above assumes RT2.

Christian

Subject: [rt-users] Date Due settingsHi Everybody,
My question is about the defaults in “Create request in queue”.
The “Date Due” is automatically 7 days after now and the checkbox
ist not checked. I need to have it checked automatically and only
1 day (tomorrow) as Due Date.
All hints are very welcome.Thanx in advance, Steffen
