I’m pleased to announce the release of RTIR 1.0.1 RC1
This version of RTIR includes a number of bugfixes and improvements,
including:

Installation improvements.

RTIR is now installed in share/html instead of local/html, which
will make local customizations simpler to add and to maintain. -
Displaying closed children of incidents, for easier tracking.

The ability to step through selected tickets with
First/Next/Prev/Last links. -
“Quick Reject” for ease of rejecting spam and other non-incidents.

The ability to “Select All” and “Unselect All” on the Bulk Reject
page. -
A link from the main page to a list of all unlinked incident reports
(since the main page shows only a summary). -
Including the user’s signature when launching Investigations.
