This issue i am getting at the time of starting webserver. I want to tell all of u that root cause of this issue is missing library for module fcgid in webserver(apache2 in my case). When i installed the library" libapache2-mod-fcgid" and then apache restarted and i m able to login into RT application successfully. I hope this will eradicate the issue. Please let me know if you have the same issue and not able to fix it.
