I’ve installed the extension without errors.
I do see them actions Automatic Assignment
I do not see the link in the edit queue Automatic Assignment
We do not have a queue called General - I inherited this installation.
Not sure how to troubleshoot.
If you’re not seeing the tab for automatic assignment on the queue edit page, my first guess would be that maybe the mason cache wasn’t cleared and the web server wasn’t restarted?
ahhh - I will do that - I did forget to do this.
That’s what happens when you stop the instructions half way through.
