I’d like to humbly request that if you’d like to poll the RT userbase on
a topic, you ask respondents to send their answers off list and you post
a followup with a summary.
Alternatively, set up an RT instance with ExtractCustomFields and have
folks mail their answers there. Then use the search UI to pull out
counts
