Hello everyone,
On the menu bar on the top I used to had Home, Search, Tools, Admin and Logged as…, for some reason I don’t have Admin anymore on that menu. How can I get it back? Any of us as admins can access to Admin Menu anymore.

I’m fairly new to RT, but it sounds like probably a group ACL got changed. Has one of your admins changed any rights recenty? If this is the case, I’m not sure how you might fix this. Either try the original root login, restore from a backup, or delve into the database. Good luck.

Thank you for the feedback, yes, someone has changed the rights recently and he did not realize that he changed for all admins, now we can not go back to that menu.
