Adding new constituency

How can I add a new constituency to my existing RTIR installation? The
only reference I can find is in the initialdata file used during
installation. I’m running RTIR 1.0.5.

Regards,
Tony.

Hiya Tony,

You can do it by adding a new value of the _RTIR_Constituency.

So you have to login as root, go to RT → Configuration → Queues →
Select Incidents queue → Select CustomFields of this queue, if you
want to see all the CFs of the queue, you must click on “Include
disabled custom field in listing” → Choose _RTIR_Constituency and
add your new value.

Cheers,
