Adding CC's from original Email

Hi!

Is there a way to add the CC’s of an original email sent to RT to the CC
of the ticket created?

For example I send an email from my outlook client to
rtqueue@mycompany.com and I cc a couple people in this same email… I’d
like these people to be added to the CC of the ticket. Is this possible?

You might want to have a look at

and option $ParseNewMessageForTicketCcs in RT_SiteConfig.pm
