Add time via bulk update


Is there any way to add time to multiple tickets at once via bulk update? We currently manage multiple clients and can use bulk update to resolve and add an identical comment for tickets but the option to also add time to all these tickets would be a huge time saver as well as currently we need to manually add time to every ticket individually, please advise!

If you’re wiling to add some customizations to your RT, I believe it should be pretty easy to add the time worked input from the normal update page to the bulk update page

We currently have multiple customizations in our RT including auto-resolving/rollover of tickets, hoping to get some more guidance on a script we’d need to add this feature to bulk update.
