We often use Articles to send standard replies to tickets, but some stuff requires that various documents be attached - a couple of .pdfs.
I just tried it to set up a File Custom Field, but it just puts at the end of the text:
File:
----
original_filename_here.pdf
Would seem that this feature is nearly there, and someone even wrote and submitted a patch for it in 2017: Login
And it’s also requested a few times here:
This would be a great feature to add for RT5 as it would make articles more useful.
