Add attachment via article

We have a custom field called Attachments with type Upload multiple files which applies to Articles. Is there a way to add these as attachments in the replies that the article is linked to?

For example, let’s say that I have an article called How to delete a user from Yoyodyne.app. When creating the article, I select Screenshot.12345.png in the Attachments custom field.

Later, one of our customers submits a question about deleting a user from Yoyodyne.app. Tier 1 support selects How to delete a user from Yoyodyne.app from the drop down… how do I make Screenshot.12345.png appear in that reply?

Hi Barton,
that’s a really good idea. Somehow extended: To attach a PDF-file with the right docs.
Unfortunately i don’t have a solution for this.
