About I18N

Hi,

I see that in RT, all l10n is done via either /l or either loc(). I see
quite easily that loc comes from RT::CurrentUser and that it’s in fact
RT::I18N::maketext. my little problem comes from the fact that
CurrentUser::LanguageHandle should passes an array to get_handle with the
languages it should use. But LanguageHandle is never passed any language
array.

I believe I must have missed something, but I don’t understand how RT found
out my browser prefered french

Locale::Maketext defaults to reading the correct environment variables
to determine your preferred language in either a web or commandline
environment.
