Screenshots from my test RT2 instance:

It does work from lynx/w3m, though it isn’t as pretty.
Then again, if you’re running lynx, you’re probably used
to that.

The subject is at far right in the example. I seem to remember it should
be possible to have it near the left side, to make it easier to read the
list on narrow displays. Can the columns be rearranged? Except by
editing the source code?

Good catch. At the moment, it’s controlled by RT’s config file. In the future,
we plan to allow individual users to customize their own queue views directly
from the web ui.
