I’m in the process of upgrading from RT 3.0.6 to RT 3.4RC1 and see the
following error when trying to use an SSL connection:
Dec 27 09:43:15 fc3 RT: [Mason] Cannot resolve file to component:
/var/www/error/HTTP_NOT_FOUND.html.var (is file outside component root?)
at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/HTML/Mason/ApacheHandler.pm line 883.
(/opt/rt3/lib/RT.pm:277)
I think the answer to the question "is file outside component root?"
is “yes”, but can someone point me to what I might have done wrong
in the configuration?
