3.4-compat Skin Issue When Searching

I’m running RT 3.8.1, and for people using the 3.4-compat skin, they are
seeing a big blue box that is obscuring the search criteria (“Tickets”
-> “New Search”) in RT. I can provide a screenshot if this is not a
known issue.
