3.4.2 -> 3.4.3 problems

I upgraded from 3.4.2 to 3.4.3 yesterday, and now on the homepage,
several queues show that they have zero tickets in them in new and open,
but if you click on the name of the queue, there are several tickets in
there. It doesn’t seem to affect my General queue, but it affects all
of the other ones.

I read the readme. I unpacked it, did ./configure
–with-web-user=apache --with-web-group=apache

I did make upgrade.

I looked in the etc/upgrade, none were newer than what I had so I didn’t
upgrade any schema.

Thanks,
Chris Benard

We experience exactly the same problem after upgrade 3.4.2 → 3.4.3.

Did you upgrade DBIx::SearchBuilder at the same time? Is there anything
in your syslog, apache error log or RT log?

And just a hunch, are these queues with non-ascii characters in the
names?

I did not upgrade DBIx::SearchBuilder, because make testdeps said I had
everything that I needed.

I don’t get any errors in the logs.

There are only CAPITAL and lowercase letters and spaces in the queue
names, so they are all ASCII characters.

Got any queues without spaces? I’m just trying to scope the problem here.

I do one have one with a / in it too. All the ones with spaces and the /
one show 0 on the home screen. The single word ones(without spaces) work
fine.

Our queue which (incorrectly) shows zero tickets has ‘@’ in it’s name.
