The OnOwnerChange bug that folks were seeing turns out to be a fairly
deep cache coherency bug. I’ve just spent 12 of the past 14 hours
attempting to work through a number of potential solutions to the issue
and none of them meet our needs. Maybe I’ll have better luck after I
sleep.
